We collect company name, contact name, work email, phone number, industry, seat counts, and notes you provide through forms, the plan selector, and the quote builder. We do not collect or store NRIC numbers or credit card details.

- To prepare and send quotes for Microsoft 365 licences
- To respond to enquiries and provide consultative support
- To manage your saved plans, quotes, and checklist progress
- To fulfil our obligations as a Microsoft Partner
Data sharing
We share necessary data with Microsoft to provision licences after a quote is accepted. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data retention
Quotes and lead records are retained for the duration of our business relationship and thereafter as required by law or for reasonable business records.
